I'm planning to go to the net neutrality rally at Galvanize (6-7pm). Thanks for the reminder about Noisebridge, I will try to be one of the first 150 people :) > > > From: Marc Juul <juul(a)labitat.dk> > > Tomorrow several of us are going to this event at noisebridge > <https://noisebridge.net/wiki/Noisebridge_10_Year_ > Anniversary_Exhibition_and_Ball#LIVE_DISCUSSION_WITH_SUPER_SPECIAL_GUEST> > and will miss the meeting (or maybe arrive around 10pm). > > >

Hacknight tonight and tomorrow

by Marc Juul

Tomorrow several of us are going to this event at noisebridge <https://noisebridge.net/wiki/Noisebridge_10_Year_Anniversary_Exhibition_and…> and will miss the meeting (or maybe arrive around 10pm). We are working on Disaster Radio every Monday evening at sudo room in preparation for the NSF/WINS deadline. Maybe we can have a brief update tonight from the people who won't be there tomorrow (which includes me)? Feel free to show up tonight even if you're working on people's open net and not disaster radio. We will of course take notes. -- marc/juul

Sunday node mount cancelled

by G Gallo

Hello all, Due to a lack of outdoor ethernet cable and not having a great location lined up, we are canceling this week's node mount. Instead, some of us will be meeting at sudoroom Sunday afternoon to hack on various projects, including, but not limited to: disaster radio, peoplesopen website, and workshop-related stuff. If you would like to help out or learn more about how you can help out on any of these, come by sudoroom on Sunday. thx, -grant

Tactical Urbanism https://americanlibrariesmagazine.org/2017/09/01/tactical-urbanism/

by Jorrit Poelen

Hey y'all meshers - I just stumbled across this article that reminded me of our project - Tactical Urbanism: https://americanlibrariesmagazine.org/2017/09/01/tac tical-urbanism/ . To me, it was another example of the overlap between public libraries and sudomesh. -jorrit
